Thank you for all of your thoughts, emails, and messages during the last week while my husband underwent open-heart surgery at MUSC in Charleston, SC. The fabulous surgeon repaired his heart valve (instead of replacing it) and corrected the aorta’s root by doing a bypass. The aorta was enlarged or “dialted” due to the heart infection he had this past summer. The heart infection damaged the valve and underneath the valve but the srgeon was able to repair all of that.
Adam is doing well, but tired easily. He was released from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston on Tuesday, September 27. He is unable to drive for at least a month but is able to move around and get himself food, coffee, etc. he even did the laundry today!
I want to expres my sincerest thanks to all of my clients who are graciously and patiently waiting for me to finish up their photo editing and their order this week.
I also hope to be able to post photos soon of all of my beautiful sessions that I have been doing over the last 6-8 weeks! Say tuned!
