Little Miss ‘Tudie and My Studio

I am blogging this session I did with my daughter, aka Miss ‘Tudie (as in Attitude)  last year, using both my studio lighting and natural light. The nickname “Tudie” comes from her daddy. He calls her that when she is getting bossy or sassy with us. I think its a pretty cute nickname because it so captures her personality with us. She’s not like that with anyone else, just mom and dad… I guess because we are special! Haaa!  And her serious faces here in the photos, well I was able to capture them in between her sticking her tongue out at me or rolling her eyes at me or making crazy faces. After about 10 minutes she was completely and thoroughly annoyed with me because she was done, and bored… oh these poor children of photographers!  And I realize these aren’t perfect because her hair is messy and she’s not wearing the most fabulous clothing,  but it doesn’t matter because I truly love these photos of my babygirl. She is 9 1/2 in these photos. I am in love with her sweet round face though and I could just take photos of her forever and be happy! Thanks for looking!

Oh and because I couldn’t decide whether I liked this one in color or black and white, I’ve included both. Which one do you like better? Let me know in the comments below!
